Terms
Summary — your signed Service Agreement is what applies.
- Prices are in US dollars ($).
- 50% deposit to start, 50% before launch.
- Payment by card, PayPal or bank transfer.
- Prices do not include taxes or third-party fees.
- Included usage limits are stated in the signed agreement.
- If a payment is more than 7 days overdue, services may be suspended until it is paid.
- Out-of-scope examples: new FAQ or service added to the assistant $50–$75; new website page $100–$150; assistant redesign or rebuild $200–$400; CRM or other integrations quoted per project after a technical check.
- Work is done remotely — we are based in India, so communication is by WhatsApp, email and video call.
- Gransautomation is run as a sole proprietorship by Abdullah Al Faruque, based in Assam, India.
- 50% to start and 50% before launch.
- Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing period starts.
- Timelines depend on receiving content, access and approvals from you.
- 2 revision rounds are included before launch.
- The 60-day warranty covers bugs in the agreed scope — not new pages, features, content, integrations or redesigns.
- Monthly care from Day 61 covers hosting, uptime monitoring, bug fixes and support — not new functionality.
- Third-party costs are paid by the client: AI usage beyond the amount in the agreement, WhatsApp/Meta charges, SMS, payment-gateway fees and domain renewal.
- Integrations are only promised after checking your existing systems.
- Your domain is yours. After full payment, everything made specifically for your business is yours. We keep our own tools, templates and hosting setup that we use to build and run it.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the courts of Assam.
