Our story
Copper Pot Kitchen started as a six-table eatery in 2016, serving the food we grew up with. Today we cook Assamese classics alongside Indo-Chinese favourites — same recipes, same care, just a few more tables.
Chef Rahul Deka
Rahul grew up on his mother's kitchen in Jorhat. Fifteen years later, he still cooks the same way — slow, simple, and generous.
